MPH design speed on the Hill Crests @ G0+67 , 88+17 , <br /> 91+92 and 1016+17. <br /> WHEREAS , reconstruction of the present roadway to - <br /> correct the vertical alignment would not be in the best interests ' <br /> of the City because extensive work would be required with no � <br /> � significant benefit. <br /> WHEREAS, the vertical alignment problem can be mitigated <br /> • by properly siqning the street segments for a 30 MPH speed limit. <br /> . NOW, THEI2EFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota that the City <br /> Consulting Engineer is authorized to request a variance to <br /> Municipal State Aid Standard 14MCAR Section 1.5P132, 8SR 2146, <br /> 882Q�.991�J (Rural Undivided Geometric Standards) for MSAP 152-1P12- ' <br /> 08 . <br /> The question was on the adoption of the resolution and upon a <br /> vote being duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Mayor Butler, Councilmembers Grabek, Frahm, T. Adams <br /> and L.
