A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR � <br /> A SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> FOR THE CRYSTAI, BAY AREA 85-1 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has accepted bids for the � <br /> construction. of a sanitary sewer improvement project for the <br /> Crystal Bay area; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council presently intends to proceed <br /> with the improvements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of <br /> the City of Orono, Minnesota, the following: <br /> • l. A public hearing will be held on the 22nd day of April , <br /> 1985 in the Orono Middle School Auditorium, 685 Old Crystal <br /> Bay Road at 7:�•0 p.m., to pass upon such proposed assessment <br /> and at such time and place all persons owning property <br /> affected by the proposed improvements will be given an <br /> opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> 2. The City Administrator is hereby directed to cause a <br /> notice of the. hearing on �the proposed assessment to be <br /> published once in the Laker Newspaper at least two weeks <br /> prior to th� hearing, and he shall state in the notice the <br /> total cost of the improvemerit.
