� <br /> ,�. . <br /> � I �s�:. c�t� o� oR,oNO � <br /> • � U �yd�� ' ' <br /> • k�`e3t <br /> 1 t t ;� <br /> r;` RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �,:��,��::� � Np, 17 4 3 , <br /> � `:*� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> � � ' ��I WHITE OAR OVERLOOR <br /> FILE NO. 860 � <br /> � WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations <br /> for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the <br /> application for a subdivision by George C. Funk and Judith A. <br /> Rogosheske, the subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br /> standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is <br /> of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single <br /> � family residence to be fully developed without the need of any. <br /> variances; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> , <br /> 1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility ease- <br /> ments. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public <br /> road, shown as Old Crystal Bay Road. � <br /> 3. The subdividers have entered into an association with <br /> the neighboring proper•ty owners already served by White Oak <br /> Circle, the members of the association have created main- <br /> tenance covenants wherein each of the abutting and/or� bene- <br /> fiting lot owners covenants and agrees to permanently inain- <br /> tain and pay the cost of maintenance for said private road <br /> in addition to assigning responsiblity and payment for <br /> � damages sustained to said road during construction periods. <br /> 4. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation <br /> Easement providing for limitations on the use of drainage- <br /> ways described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage <br /> • easements" . <br /> 5. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br /> amount of $600.00. <br /> page 1 of 2 <br />
