APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ' ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR <br /> CRYSTAL BAY AREA MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS , the City Engin�eer has prepared plans and <br /> specifications for the construction of Municipal Sanitary Sewer <br /> in the Crystal Bay area of Orono; and . <br /> NOW, THEREEORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Counci 1 of � <br /> the City of Orono: . . <br /> , <br /> l . Such plans and specifications, dated� February 11 , 1985, <br /> one copy of which is � attached� hereto and made a part <br /> hereof , is .hereby approved and the project shall <br /> henceforth be clesignated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br /> Crystal Bay. <br /> 2 . The City .Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in <br /> � the official �newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin <br /> an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br /> improvements .,under such approved plans and <br /> specifications. � <br /> The Advertisement shall be published at least 10 days <br /> prior to bid opening, shall specify the work to be done; � <br /> shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk <br /> until 10: 3� A.M., on Friday, March 15, 1985; at which <br /> time they will be publicly opened in the Orono Council <br /> Chambers, 1275 Brown Road South by the City Clerk and <br /> Engineer, will be considered by the Council at 7:PJf� P.M. <br /> on Monday, March 25 , 1985, in the Council Chambers; and <br /> shall state that no bids v�ill be considered unless <br /> sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompained by a <br /> cash deposit, cashiers check, bid bond or certified <br /> check payable to the Clerk for five percent of the <br /> � amount of such bid. <br /> Adopted by the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono, Minnesota on <br /> the llth day of February , 1985, by a vote of , <br /> .
