:� � . . <br /> . ��`��� ��°� � � Cit of ORONO <br /> � � --T"�: �. �' � <br /> � ���t�;. a <br /> ,�,.�� • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> , ,- <br /> `' � NO. 1737 <br /> ��' • <br /> .,_.• _ • . <br /> ,;,r.:.r,�p; � <br /> .,"�", RDQtJESTING CONVEYANCE OF TAX � <br /> FORFEIT I,�AID FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> BY THE CITY OE ORONO <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corooration organized and <br /> existing under the laws of the State of Mirinesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282,. the City has received from <br /> Hennepin County a list of lands within the City which have become the property <br /> of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and .. <br /> WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners have classified <br /> said lands as non-conservation land and have authorized the sale of each such <br /> parcel of land subject to review and release by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said lands for compliance with <br /> local zoning ordinances, for the amount of outstanding special assessments <br /> • remaining unpaid to the City, and/or for possible public use by the City as <br /> authorized by the statutes, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID, that the Ci�ty Council of the City of <br /> Orono, pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 282.f61, Subdivision 1, hereby <br /> applies to the Hennepin County Bbard of Comrissioners and to the Cammissioner of <br /> Revenue for conveyance of the following tax forfeited lands to the City for park . <br /> and recreation purposes. <br /> PARCLES RE.TAINID FOR USE BY TEIE CITY <br /> - , . <br /> Dist.
