This application was reviewed as Zoning File No. 886. • <br /> 2. This property is located within the LR-1C Single Family <br /> Lakeshore Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application <br /> on January 21, 1985 and recommended approval conditioned on <br /> favorable findings by Council that decks which meet certain <br /> design standards are not considered as hardcover. <br /> 4. �No view problem would be encountered. ` � <br /> 5. � The proposed deck only extends lakeward as far as the <br /> extension pf the west line of the house to the south. <br /> • 6. � The location of an existing Box Elder tree and the house <br /> . to the south are factors whieh limit the acceptable <br /> locations for the proposed deck. � <br /> page 1 of 5 . � <br />
