Charles Cudd Co. paid $7,500 <br /> for the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and a Revocable Trust on behalf of Todd Holmers paid $2,500 for the <br /> demolition and building permit. Based on the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy Escrow agreement the $10,000 will <br /> be refunded to the property owner. <br /> Also, Melanie sent an email to the surveyor(copied to Dan Nunn)today requesting a full size paper copy of the revised <br /> as-built survey. This is the last piece of information we need for the file.
