I understand <br /> that you are in the process of renewing your variance for the property so that the property <br /> can be sold with the variance. This raises concern with the unfilled hole that resulted <br /> from the demolition of the existing house. The City did not require the hole to be filled <br /> to natural grade when it was assumed that you would be building on the property right <br /> away. This no longer appears to be the case and the hole must be filled in. <br /> The grass had been cut on July 24, 2007 but the weeds along the property lines were not <br /> taken down. The hole needs to be filled in and the orange silt/snow fence taken down. <br /> Then the grass and weeds can be mowed and trimmed more easily. The grass needs to be <br /> mowed before it reaches 6 inches in height.
