c 7 ., <br /> .;,� ',,�� , <br /> . r� • . <br /> .: �� .� �. c�t� o� oR,oNo <br /> � .:....._��_ : . <br /> l;�,_,,,ln �.� RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �����:�� NO. 170 8 <br /> ;• - � _ � . . <br /> •��- -� _ <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION <br /> OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> FOR THE FARM AT LONG LARE, INC. � <br /> FILE NO. 882 � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the state of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br /> �safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the <br /> application for subdivision of Lot 16, Block 1, The Farm at Long <br /> Lake by The Farm at Long Lake, Inc. , a Minnesota Corporation, <br /> • (hereafter "the subdivider") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the City for a metes and bounds subdivision for division and <br /> combination purposes. <br /> NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division <br /> of a lot line rearrangement for the Farm at Long Lake, Inc. as <br /> shown on the Certificate of Survey by David R. Krueger of the <br /> Clark Engineering Company dated October 24, 1984 and attached to <br /> this resolution subject to the following conditions: <br /> l. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City <br /> Council of Orono, the fee owners of Lots 15 & 17, Block <br /> � 1, the Farm at Long Lake and Tract G, RLS No. 1275 must <br /> apply to the City for legal combinations with the newly <br /> created parcels described in the Certificate of Survey <br /> referenced above as follows : <br /> . a) Parcel A to the combined with Lot 17 , Block 1 <br /> The Farm at Long Lake. _ <br /> b) � Parcel B to be combined with Lot 15, Block 1 <br /> The Farm at Long Lake. <br /> � c) Parcel C to be combined with Tract G, RLS No. <br /> 1275. <br /> page 1 of 2 <br /> � . � <br />
