A review of the application finds that <br /> the following information needed for review is missing: <br /> Provide a line item listinq of all proposed work intended <br /> for the old garage. Because this garage is located <br /> substantially within the right-of-way, no permits can be <br /> issued for structural repair, only for cosmetic work such as <br /> residing. Please advise us of the scope of fix-up intended. <br /> While driving past your gar�ige this week, I noted that it is <br /> leaning to one side and appears to need significant structural <br /> repair to make it usable.
