Access to all residence pads shall be via the plat road. <br /> .2. Subdivider must stake all drainfield envelopes prior to any <br /> land �alteration. , <br /> � 3. The aforesaid plat shall.be filed by the City of Orono with the <br /> ' Hennepin County Recorder' s Office on or before April 29 , <br /> 1985, together with a certified original copy of this <br /> .
