"A S��� � <br /> � " + r��� �it� o� ORONO <br /> • `���f � . <br /> C�� ;:=,.•, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �� � NO. 1671 <br /> • � • • • <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> A LOT LINE RF.ARRANGEMENT RNOWN AS <br /> LEHMAN LAGOON <br /> WHEREAS, the, City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision, plat by Edward T. Lehman, the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement has <br /> createdlotswith morefeasible building envelopes reducing the number <br /> of potential building sites from 7 lots to 5 lots; and <br /> � � WHEREAS, the City has granted permanent setback variances <br /> for Lots 3 and 4 , Block l, Lehman Lagoon as follows: <br /> 1. Lot 3 granted permanent street setback of 20 feet. <br /> 2 . Lot 4 granted permanent street setback of 20 feet. . <br /> 3 . Lot 4 granted permanent lakeshore/lagoon setback of <br /> 50 feet; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City will grant no future variances except the <br /> ones specifically noted above finding that each lot is of a size and <br /> configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence to be <br /> located without the need of any setback variances; and <br /> � WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> � 1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility <br /> easements. <br /> • . <br />
