�� <br /> ;r <br /> t:; � <br /> Cit� of ORONO <br /> • � ><� RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 1669 <br /> • � • • , <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTIOP! <br /> CITY OF ORONO , MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono , Minnesota and the <br /> County of Hennepin have in effect a Joint Cooperation Agreement, County <br /> Contract No. 10398 , for the purposes of qualifying as an <br /> Urban County under the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development Community Development Block Grant program; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the Agreement and <br /> execute a new Joint Cooperation �lgreement, County Contract P1o. <br /> 40445 , to reconstitute the Urban County for purposes of <br /> the Community Development Block Grant program. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the current Joint Cooperation Agreer�ent between the <br /> ' � City and the County, County Contract No. 10398 , be <br /> terminated effective September 30, 1984, and a new� Joint Cooperation <br /> Agreement between the City and the County, County Contract No. <br /> 40445 , be executed effective October 1, 1984, and that the <br /> ��layor and the Citv Administrator be authori zed to si gn the <br /> Agreement on behalf of, the City. � <br /> The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon a vote <br /> being duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> � <br />
