NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono: . <br /> 1) The Council will consider the construction of such <br /> � sanitary sewer and watermain extensions in accordance <br /> � with the report and the assessment of the single <br /> � benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br /> the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes , Chapter <br /> 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvem�nt of <br /> $28 ,600. <br /> 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br /> improvement on Monday, September 101, 1984, at 8 : �1P1 P.M. <br /> in the Orono Council Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road, <br /> and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of <br /> such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br /> regular meeting held this 27 day of August, 1984 . <br /> � <br /> Mary C.
