NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota: • � ' � Findings: 1) This application was reviewed as Zoning File Noo 831 2) The property is located in the LR-1B Single Family Lake- shore Residential Zoning District 3) The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on � May 21, 1984, and recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the following findings: a) Sewer is available. to the property . b) There is no available vacant land to be combined with the property . ' c) The proposed �application was approved by the Council � in 1981 � d) The proposed development of the property will create " � no traffic hazards nor� be detrimental to the public • health., safety, or welfare .
