ANDERSON AND ARDIS SEVERTSON <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> . development of land within the City; and <br /> � WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application <br /> for a subdivision of Lot 11 and Lot 12, Albee`s Long Lake Addition by <br /> Merriam S. Anderson and Ardis Severtson, the subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, thesubdividershave completed allrequirementsof <br /> .the City, including: <br /> � l. Dedication by quit claim deed of right of way for a public road <br /> shown as Long Lake Boulevard. <br /> � 2. Payment to the City for the legal review and recording of the <br /> certifica�e of survey and all other documents related to this <br /> subdivision in the amount of $75. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot <br /> line rearrangement for Merriam S. Anderson and Ardis Severtson as <br /> shown on the Certificate of 5urvey by Gordon R. Coffin dated July 29 , <br /> 1982, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Parcel B as shown on the above referenced certificate of <br /> . survey shall be legally combined for tax purposes with Parcel A as <br /> shown on the above referenced certificate of survey, which <br /> together. shall be thereafter considered as one building site. <br /> 2. Parcel C as shown on the above referenced certificate of <br /> survey shall be legally combined for tax purposes with Parcel D as <br /> � shown on the above referenced certificate of survey, which <br /> • _ together shall be thereafter considered as one building site. . <br /> , 3.
