All conditions of Resolution 1058 approving the plat <br /> of Navarre Cove, which applied to the property now <br /> redivided as Ke1ly Cove, shall continue in effect <br /> including the flowage and conservation easement over <br /> the wetlands area, continued use of Outlot A, Navarre <br /> Cove, as joint use dock area, private easements for <br /> walking purposes via Lot 3, Block 1 , Navarre Cove <br /> 4 . The aforesaid piat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br /> with the Hennepin County Recorder' s Office on or before- <br /> October 23, 1984 together with a certified original copy <br /> of this resolution and all other documents noted above. <br /> � The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br /> not been filed by the date specified above .
