NO. 1615 <br /> • ' • • <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE OF <br /> • TAX FORFEIT LAND, TRACT V, RLS 461 FOR <br /> PRIVATE SALE TO ADJOINING- PROPERTY OWNER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282. 01 Subdivision <br /> 7 (a) tax forfeit properties may be released for private sale to <br /> adjoining property owners, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reaffirms Orono Resolution 843 , <br /> finding no public use for Tract V, RLS 461 - P. I.D. 20-117-23 42 - <br /> 0004, and releases the .property for private sale to an adjoining <br /> property owner. � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> � City of Orono approves the private sale of Tract V, RLS 461, subject <br /> to the following stipulation that upon sale of the property that ' <br /> said property be legally combined with the adjoining property providing <br /> one conforming building site. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br /> � meeting held March 26 , 1984. <br /> G <br /> Mary C.
