NO. 16 0 5 <br /> � .� <br /> .. _ � � . <br /> ✓A <br /> A RESOI,IITION SETTING MINIMUM NEEDS <br /> � FOR IMPROVEMENT OF CSAH 15 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of O�ono is eager to see improvements made <br /> on CSAH 15 but. does not feel qualified to design a roadway; and <br /> WHEREAS, the cities of Orono, Mound, and Spring Park must <br /> reach a concensus on what improvements are necessary for the safety of <br /> both motorists� and pedestrians. <br /> . � . . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci.ty Council of the . <br /> City of Orono,,rf�ind�the following items' are necessary for improvement <br /> of CSAH 15 : �f "�� . � <br /> � 1. Two lanes of continuous traffic, one east and one west. <br /> 2. Concretesidewalks, concrete curbsand concrete gutters <br /> where necessary. � <br /> 3 . Right and left turn lanes where needed. <br /> 4 .
