Demonstration Program, and � � <br /> WHEREAS , participation in the� demonstration would provide <br /> experience in preparation for implementation of the Rental <br /> �" Rehabilitation Program authorized and funded by the Urban-Rural <br /> Recovery Act of i983, and <br /> WHEREAS , the UHC CDBG program is a cooperative <br /> intergovernmental undertaking between Hennepin County and <br /> �- participant communities, and <br /> WHEREAS , the rehabilitation of substandard rental. housing <br /> units is identified as a need within the City of Orono . <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Orono s,upports <br /> Hennepin� County in its consideration of an application for the HUD <br /> Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration Program. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br /> at a regular meeting held February 13 , 1984 . <br /> �J <br /> Mary C.
