Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement providing for limitations on the use of wetlands described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage easements" . 6. Execution of an open space easement over a portion of Lot l, Block 1, Carlwood, to assure the approved density credit of three units per 3 . 7 acres of dry buildable land. , 7. Execution of an access easement providing access to the utility easement over the municipal sewer line located within Lot 1, Block 1,• Carlwood, in favor of the City of Orono, 8 . payment to the City for one sewer unit in the amount of $3; 859 . 05. � � 9 . Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of _ $840 .00. � 10 . Payment to the City for the legal review and recording of the plat and all documents related thereto in the amount of $75. 00 . � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Carlwood, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: l. All lots shall access via the private road described in the plat as Outlot A. 2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with � the Hennepin County Recorder ' s Office on or before August 13 , 1984, together with a certified original copy of the resolution - and executed copies of the easements and covenants described herein. The approval granted .by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
