f ' 1
Melanie Curtis
From: essenjw@aol.com
Sent: Monday, June 01, 2015 1:23 PM
To: Melanie Curtis; eric@vogueconstruction.com; essenjw@aol.com
Subject: Vogstrom revised permit
Melanie & Eric,
I spoke to both of you over the past few days and I want to e-mail both of you to be sure we are all on the same page.
Melanie is waiting for a final revised site plan to attach to the revised permit. The plan will show a three (3) foot set back
for the retaining wall for a portion of its length around the south east corner of the house. It will also show a catch basin
behind the wall at the south east corner of the garage, a swale along the length of the retaining wall between the wall and
the property line, and it will indicate there will be gutters and downspouts on the garage that drain toward the driveway
and street. In my conversation with Eric he confirmed he understands the back side of the retaining wall will be on the
north side of the 3 foot setback line. Dirt will be imported to back fill and restore the original grade and contour the swale
between the property line and the wall. If I have miss communicated this in any way please let me know.
Thanks
Jeff Essen
i
