You have been notified by me in the past <br /> verbally and in writing that you do not have permission to utilize or modify the City right-of-way property <br /> for your private use. <br /> This letter will serve as your official notification of the City Code violations and that that the sediment <br /> material which was allowed to settle into the raingarden must be removed and the raingarden restored as <br /> well as the construction equipment and aggregate material must be removed from the undeveloped right- <br /> of-way and the area restored to its previous vegetated condition. <br /> City Code Sections 18-2 and 18-196 prohibit deposition or excavation of materials within the right-of-way. <br /> As stated above, this letter is your official violation notice from the City of Orono. You are required to <br /> remove all equipment and material from the undeveloped right-of-way; the disturbed areas should be <br /> restored and vegetative cover established by October 1, 2015 in order to avoid corrective action by the <br /> City.The properly will be reinspected for compliance with this order on or about October 2nd, if you fail to <br /> correct the violations this matter will be corrected by the City and the costs to do so will be billed to you. <br /> If you have any questions, you can contact me at 952-249-4680. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> Scott Oberaigner <br /> Public Works Supervisor <br /> c: Vogstroms via US Mail <br /> Permitting Staff, Minnehaha Creek Watershed District via email <br />
