Melanie Curtis
From: Melanie Curtis
Sent: Monday, July 20, 2015 8:58 PM
To: 'Mark Hauri'
Cc: Adam Edwards; 'Eric Vogstrom'; 'tomeara@bohlensurveying.com'; Roger Peitso
Subject: RE: 2618 Casco Point RdNogstrom
Mark
The City's engineer, Adam Edwards and I reviewed your revised survey (dated 7/17/15) today. It looks like several
additional improvements or changes have been proposed; we have some questions or need clarification regarding a
number of issues:
i. The wall on the south side now appears to extend to the west property line.
2. The previously proposed catch basins are no longer shown - please clarify.
3. The previously proposed gutters and downspouts (garage) are no longer shown - pBease clarify,
4. The proposed driveway edges are not depicted clearly - please revise.
5. It appears there is grading proposed within the right of way between the west property line and the paved
roadway to create a flattened area adjacent to the new concrete parking area. The property owner shall take
care so that the new concrete parking area does not extend beyond the property boundary.
6. Drainage arrows are not shown - please revise.
The number of plan iterations and field adjustments on this small project are becoming difficult to track. In order to
assure that the work being done on site is in accordance with the permit I must require that all work on the project that
is not directly related to the garage structure must STOP.
Please address our concerns above or contact me with questions.
Thanks - Melanie
Sec. 78-1.
