'#� <br /> ��:� � �� . <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ,.:.,.,``;''�';'; NO. 210 0 <br /> c.�-.,i:,. <br /> .�;,': <br /> • � � • . <br /> ��„z�::• ' <br /> � � <br /> I <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> CASCO COVE <br /> FILE NO. 1083 ' <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision of a 1ot line rearrangement by Thomas J. Bernier, <br /> Douglas E. Klint and Gary A. Barr, the subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has b�een found to meet alI <br /> standards of t�he LR-1C zoning district finding that each �ot is of a <br /> � size and configuration that W�ii a�1ow its continued use as a single <br />• family residential lot without the need of any variances, and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has compYeted all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City, including: � - <br /> 1. Completion of a11 the requirements of Resolution No. 2084. <br /> 2. Dedication on the�plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> ' 3. Execution of a Developer's Agreements by Thomas �. Bernier <br /> and Douglas E. K1int providing for installation of certain <br /> improvements as a condition of subdivision approval. In <br /> addition, Bernier and KYint have provided letters of credit to <br /> secure completion of these improvements. <br /> , <br /> 4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br /> plat in the amount of $150.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT R$SOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Casco Cove, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Applicants are requir�ed to obtain building permits for new <br /> docks to be instalYed at some future date. <br /> � 2. The aforesaid plat shalY be filed by the City of Orono with <br /> the Hennepin County Registrar of Tit1e's on or before June 8, ' <br /> 1987, together with a certified original copy of this Resolution. <br /> _ _ _ Page 1 of 2 <br />
