Box 66 <br /> 2750 Kelley Parkway <br /> Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br /> Attention: Building Inspector <br /> Re: Water run-off from 2500 Casco Point Road <br /> On or about the evening of February 9�',I arrived home to find my sump pump <br /> running almost continually,which it never does. The next morning, I decided to <br /> check it out and found my eastern cement block garage wall soaked from floor to <br /> ceiling, and a trail of water on the floor. Upon fiu�ther inspection, I found water <br /> pouring down my rock retaining wall. <br /> The garage wall has been`Bone Dry"since Mrs. Paurus stopped directing her <br /> water downspout into my house. At that time (1998), I installed drain tile directing <br /> water towazd the street and the other side toward the lake. No more water problems <br /> and the sump never required activation. <br /> One can only conclude that the water is once again being directed under the ground <br /> toward my house. See enclosed photo taken during installation and photo showing <br /> wet cement wall.
