Box 66
2750 Kelley Parkway NO
Crystal Bay, MN 55323
Attention: Building Inspector
Re: Water run-off from 2500 Casco Point Road
On or about the evening of February 9`', I arrived home to find my sump pump
running almost continually, which it never does. The next morning, I decided to
check it out and found my eastern cement block garage wall soaked from floor to
ceiling, and a trail of water on the floor. Upon further inspection, I found water
pouring down my rock retaining wall.
The garage wall has been"Bone Dry" since Mrs. Paurus stopped directing her
water downspout into my house. At that time (1998), I installed drain tile directing
water toward the street and the other side toward the lake. No mare water problems
and the sump never required activation.
One can only conclude that the water is ance again being directed under the ground
toward my house. See enclosed photo taken during installation and photo showing
wet cement wall. The swale didn't work for Paurus and its not working now.
Your cooperation in having this taken care of correctly would be greatly
appreciated.
Sincerely,
cL,
everl oms
2510 Casco Point Road
Wayzata, MN 55391
cc: Ron and Suzanne Vanacora
2500 Casco Point Road
Enclosures (3)
