Enclosed please find the after- <br /> the-fact permit application and $100 permit fee for a small lakeside patio we had <br /> installed on our property. Sorry for any confusion about that. <br /> We have also enclosed two copies of the large as-built survey/hardcover <br /> calculations prepared by Otto Associates,the engineers and land surveyors who <br /> completed the survey of our property. And I have enclosed one copy of the smaller <br /> 8.5"x 11" as-built survey- I will also send you,via email,a digital copy of the same <br /> document. <br /> The hardcover calculations are included on the new survey.
