Revised plan view received 7une 14, 1995. <br /> Staff Review and Summarv: <br /> The project involves the removal of existing rip rap and the installation of new rip rap <br /> erosion control along the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka. The site is located within <br /> Subwatershed Planning Unit U-10, LM-38. The project involves re-using existing rip rap <br /> boulders, and combining the existing boulders with a two to three foot base boulder to create <br /> a more stable rip rap structure. The proposed slope is less than 3 to 1. The proposed rock <br /> class size is class V. The contractor is proposing to match the neighbors existing shoreline. <br /> The landscape company to do the work is Design Landscaping. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> Approval pending the receipt and approvai �f: <br /> 1.
