Based on the survey, it appears that additional retaining walls <br /> have been added. The tiered wall in the rear of the house has a height in excess of 4'. Therefore, it is required to be <br /> certified by a Licensed Professional Engineer. Additional retaining walls have also been added in the 75' lake setback. <br /> All other aspects of the plan appear to be acceptable.
