* , .
6. The survey does not show a driveway being extended to the proposed detached garage. This should be added
and the hardcover calculations recalculated. The hardcover should also be performed on the City's standard
hardcover calculation sheet. A copy of the City's hardcover calculation packet and worksheet are attached.
7. Is the hardcover for the proposed deck and stoop included under the Proposed House Area?
8. The current plan does not show for any hardcover for a walking path down to the boathouse. It only calls out
the steps, but nothing in-between. I believe the City Code requires for a portion of this to be included as
hardcover.
9. There is a tiered wall in the back which exceeds 4' in height and is not separated by more than 2x the height of
the taller wall. Any retaining exceeding 4' or tiered wall which exceed 4' and are not separated by 2x the height
of the taller walls need to have plans and specifications signed by a registered professional engineer.
10. The retaining walls being proposed by the boat house need to have the top of wall (TW) and bottom of wall
(BW) called out.
11. A retaining wall is shown extending into the neighboring property. It is shown with dark lines indicating this is
going to be replaced. If it is being replaced, you cannot replace a wall off your property without written
permission from the neighboring property.
12. There is a significant amount of water being channelized into two areas. The existing contours indicate the
drainage was more spread out over the lot in the past. I am somewhat concerned about the slopes down to the
lake and the potential for erosion. Has there been any thought put into how to reduce the water or slow it
down prior to the top of the steep slope?
13. The roof plan does not match the proposed building layout.
' ' , ,,
..y
  lJ '
_ .
.

r
l

V
,
`
,. ,
;_.._
'
`b

  .
 .
, ,

z
