Your application is incomplete. The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your <br /> application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. City Engineer, Jesse Struve, reviewed the survey and has the following <br /> comments: <br /> a. I sent an email to Sven on 12/30/13 allowing a horse shoe driveway, the widths within the right of <br /> way needed to be 10'. The survey shows driveways widths exceeding 20'. In an effort to be <br /> somewhat reasonable, I will allow for a 2' radius at the side of each driveway. The current <br /> driveway configuration has very large, sweeping radiuses on the sides of the driveways. This <br /> must be revised. <br /> b. Are there any steps down to the existing boat house? How is this accessed? Please clarify on <br /> the survey. <br /> c. The survey should show more pronounced drainage swales on either side of the house. <br /> Please provide two copies of an updated, full size certificate of survey which addresses the above <br /> comments and meets all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) including, but not limited to identifying <br /> the proposed top of foundation elevation. <br /> 2. Hardcover Calculations. The property is located in Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District. <br /> Although hardcover calculations were prepared, they are shown on the survey and not on the City's <br /> hardcover calculation forms. Please have the surveyor prepare hardcover calculations, showing existing <br /> and proposed hardcover using the City's forms. Attached is a copy of our hardcover information packet. <br /> 3. Zoning Disclosure Form. Please have the property owners sign the attached Zoning Disclosure Form <br /> and return it to us. <br /> 4. Permits. A demolition permit and a sewer disconnect permit are also required. Copies are attached. <br /> 5. Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require <br /> submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee <br /> reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally <br /> this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and <br /> stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project is $2,500. The escrow agreement is enclosed. <br /> The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for$2,500. <br />
