After a cursory review of the survey, improvements are shown within the 75' zone that were not approved with <br /> the proposed survey—stairs, fire pit area and retaining wall. Please submit documentation showing they were pre- <br /> existing or they must be removed. <br /> The hardcover calculations are shown on the survey,we don't foresee a problem with the hardcover, but please but <br /> have the surveyor show the existing calculations on our hardcover calculations worksheet for the most accurate <br /> information. Attached is a copy of our hardcover information packet which includes the hardcover calculation <br /> worksheet. <br /> A temporary certificate of occupancy escrow agreement is attached. Please have the property owners sign the attached <br /> agreement and return with a check for$7,500.
