As the subject decks were <br /> constructed in violation of City Codes and without building permits the decks were <br /> removed. Subsequently it appears retaining walls, patios and a wider driveway were <br /> installed without the necessary hardcover variance approvals resulting in possible <br /> overages in hardcover. <br /> The City is aware that 3195 Casco Circie is currently listed for sale. This letter is your <br /> official notification that the property appears to exceed the hardcover limits set forth in <br /> City Code 78-1288. In order to bring the property into compliance hardcover in excess <br /> of 25% must be removed or a variance must be obtained.
