11 <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE -CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 5693 <br />4. Obtaining a stormwater plan approval and permit from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br />District. <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider has agreed to complete all other requirements of the <br />platting regulations of the City including: <br />1. Entering into the Development Agreement. <br />2. Providing securities for the Public and Private improvements as called for in the <br />Development Agreement. <br />3. Completion of all platting requirements and those of Resolution No. 5504. <br />4. Payment of a Park dedication Fee of $60,000.00. <br />5. Payment of a Storm water and drainage trunk fee of $128,.100.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of <br />Resolution No. 5504, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of <br />Crystal Bay Business Center, Hennepin County, Minnesota, a copy of which is attached as <br />Exhibit A, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City <br />Attorney, Planning and Zoning Coordinator and City Engineer that all requirements of the <br />platting regulations have been satisfied. <br />2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed with Hennepin County on or before May 1, 2008, together <br />with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the easements and <br />covenants pertinent thereto. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the conditions of this <br />Resolution have not been met or the plat has not been fled by the date specified above. In that <br />event, it will be necessary to filea new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 26th day of November, 2007. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
