Used for a home occupation unless specifically approved by the City or if allowed <br /> by this Code. <br /> b. Used as a dwelling unless a guest house conditional use permit is obtained. <br /> c. Rented, leased or other��ise provided for use as a dwelling under any <br /> circumstances. <br /> The applicants acknowledge that this covenant shall be binding upon current and future <br /> o�vners of the Property, and shall be filed v��ithin the chain of title of the Property. <br /> 3. The proposed ;arage shall meet Orono's height requirements. <br /> 4. At the time of the Building Pemlit review the scope of the project will be revie�ved by the <br /> City Engineer to deternzine whether or not Orono's Wetlands Protection Ordinance is <br /> tri�gered. If applicable, the Applicants shall comply with the requirements of said <br /> ordinance. <br /> 5. Authorities granted by this resolution nin with the Property not with the Applicants, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br /> construction within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire <br /> on that date (Nove�nber 13, 2008}. <br /> 6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the ternis and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zonina code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br /> �anted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 7.
