permits, and if the Permittee shall not promptly perform and complete the <br /> work, remove all dirt, rubbish, equipment and material, and put the public � <br /> right-of-way in the same condition, the City shall have, after demand to <br /> the Permittee to cure and the passage of a reasonable period of time <br /> following the demand, but not to exceed five (5) days, the right to make <br /> the restoration at the expense of the Permittee. The City shall draw on the <br /> escrow to pay for all expenses associated with the work performed. <br /> 6. CLOSING ESCROW. The balance on deposit in the escrow, if any, shall be <br /> returned to the Permittee when the review has been completed and deemed acceptable by the <br /> City. <br /> 7. REVOCATION AND LAPSE.
