We are still holding the $2,500 escrow until full payment has been made. <br /> 1785 Concordia — Dulin: In February 2010, we refunded the zoning application escrow ($2,500), we still hold the <br /> building permit escrow of$2,500. We cannot issue a certificate of occupancy or refund the building permit escrow <br /> without verification of the site conditions on the as-built (see attached).
