The revised grading plan for the lake side of the property(which was submitted) does not appear <br /> to have changed and is acceptable. The street side grading has slopes that exceed 3 to 1 and must be revised. However, <br /> the photographs submitted by the neighbor after the rain last week show grading that it is completely inconsistent with <br /> the approved plan on the lake side of the house on the Dudley's side. <br /> You are hereby notified that by 5 PM on Friday(July 9`h)the lake yard should be graded according to the approved plan. <br /> Please assure that the site is in compliance with your erosion control plan. Also, please reinforce your silt fence with <br /> steel t-posts. <br /> We will be out to inspect the site Monday morning before topsoil and sod are put down.
