� <br /> DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this day of , 2007, by and between Kenneth L. <br /> Rennick and Debra S. Rennick, wife and husband, hereinafter referred to as "Grantors", and the <br /> City of Orono, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter <br /> referred to as "Grantee". <br /> WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and for <br /> other good and valuable consideration given by Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged <br /> by the Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, <br /> a Permanent Easement for drainage purposes purposes, over, under and across that part of Lot 14 <br /> and 15 Block 4 CASCO HEIGHTS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying 5 feet on each side of <br /> the following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 14 Block 4 CASCO <br /> HEIGHTS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, thence South 12 degrees 18 minutes 18 seconds West, <br /> assumed bearing, along the easterly line of said Lot 14 a distance of 99.34 feet to the point of <br /> beginning of the line to be described; thence South 75 degrees 42 minutes 26 seconds West <br /> 64.89 feet; thence North 52 degrees 41 minutes 51 seconds West 43.86 feet; thence North 6 <br /> degrees 32 minutes 28 seconds West 35.57 feet to the westerly line of Lot 15 in said Block 4 and <br /> there terminating. Sidelines of said easement are to be lengthened or shortened to terminate on <br /> the side line of said Lots 14 and 15. <br /> In addition to any other remedy the Grantee may have, the covenants and restrictions <br /> contained herein may be enforced by injunction. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto said Grantee, its successors and assigns, <br /> permanently. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantors have set their hands on the day and year first <br /> above written. <br /> GRANTORS <br /> Kenneth L.
