I have attached some photos for your <br /> reference. Please take note of the following: <br /> 1. Based on the approved grading plan, drainage swales need to be constructed on both sides of the home, which <br /> will require significant grading. There appears to be a large amount of fill brought to the site which will need to <br /> be moved in order to construct the swales per plan. In addition, it appears that there are some trees that need <br /> to be removed on the east side of the home to accommodate the swale. The as-built survey should not reflect <br /> drainage directed off the property contrary to the approved plan. <br /> 2. We noted some debris on the east side of the house that must be removed and properly disposed of(old fuel <br /> tank, steel tower, etc.). <br /> 3. Silt fence is in need of maintenance and the street should be cleared of the debris resultinq from the site. The <br /> MCWD has been copied on this email and may have additional comments regarding erosion control. <br /> The erosion concerns must be addressed immediately as I believe the forecast is predicting rain over the next few days. <br /> Additionally, as it does not appear ready for vegetation the bare soil areas of the site should be stabilized/secured over <br /> the upcoming winter.
