I spoke with our attorney and he stated the violations must be taken <br /> caze of this summer. He stated that we can go to court or work with you to get the property into <br /> compliance. If we work with you then we need to have some financial guarantees that this work <br /> will be done or we will do it and assess it back to you on your taxes.
