They stated the building permit could be issued prior to the resolution Q �, <br /> being approved and signed with the following conditions: ��v <br /> • A cupola and four shutters be added <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City proper to <br /> any land disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 ;. <br /> hour notice prior to inspection. �" <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and <br /> must remain until vegetation has been established. ' <br /> Continue to provide protection around the alternate septic site with snow fencing � <br /> or metal stakes and caution tape. <br /> Contact the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District regarding any additional <br /> permitting required for the accessory structure. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the new principal structure t <br /> currently under construction an as-built survey must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary <br /> Certificate of Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary for the new principal structure , ,�\ <br /> currently under construction.
