I believe the engineering comment on the retaining walls was because of their proximity to each other. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by twice the height of the higher wall. See our information sheet attached on Landscape Walls and Retaining Walls. As far as showing the 927 contour I am confused since the main floor of 1029.3 minus 6 feet is 1023.3 so where does the 927 come from?
