As we discussed, the demo permit issuance <br /> on our end should be no problem within the MCWD's approval timing of 15 days. However, prior to excavating the area <br /> for the foundation for the new home on 4555 Denali will need an approved building permit, including the survey. I can't <br /> remember from our conversation what your timing was on submitting for the 4555 permit. <br /> As we discussed, please provide the MCWD permit upon receipt and the septic site information. The septic sites should <br /> be protected prior to the commencement of work. Also, as you know, a well disconnection permit will also be required. <br /> Call me if you have questions. <br /> Thanks!
