Based on <br /> an informal review of what I heard from Pat, namely that: <br /> 1. The work will disturb<5,000 square feet <br /> 2. The work will be confined to the existing deck area by the house on the property(which is well away from the <br /> wetland on the southern portion of the property) <br /> The project does not appear to trigger any MCWD permitting requirements.
