as-built survey shall certify the final topography of the site; verify drainage patterns; <br /> and provide hardcover calculations for lots in the Shoreland Overlay District. An as- <br /> built survey must be approved before the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. In the <br /> event that weather or other conditions prevent the completion of an as-built survey at <br /> the time the Certificate of Occupancy is requested, applicant shall provide a sufficient <br /> financial guarantee and establish an escrow agreement to ensure completion of the as- <br /> built survey. <br /> SECTION 2.
