They are as follows: <br /> 1. The property at 2726 Caroline Avenue has a jog that protrudes in front of your lot. <br /> This is an issue because it determines where your lot can be accessed.The City must <br /> require your surveyors to stake the corner and show the drive a minimum of 5' from <br /> the lot lines. <br /> 2. Your surveyor needs to show an accurate measurement on the east end wall. <br /> 3. The deck as constructed is too large and extends into the average lakeshore setback. <br /> The deck must be reduced to meet the setback. <br /> 4. Your surveyor needs to justify the elevation of existing grade at the patio. <br /> 5. The survey must show the change in the garage configuration. <br /> 6. A grading plan must be submitted to show the proposed grading in the lake shore <br /> yard. <br /> 7. The�29.4 elevation(O.H.� must be shown on the survey. <br /> 8.
