<br /> At the regularly scheduled November 20, 1986 meeting of the Board of Managers,
<br /> the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
<br /> 1 . Permit Application No. 86-190, received November 8, 1986.
<br /> 2 . Site plan for the project including a typical cross-section of the rip-rap
<br /> placement and photographs, prepared by Darrell Melquist, Landscape
<br /> Designers , dated August 25, 1986.
<br /> The Board approved the permit application.
<br /> This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If
<br /> construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be
<br /> requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about
<br /> to commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
