The shared swale is preferred if agreed to by both <br /> property owners. An agreement should be entered into by both property owners prior to the commencement of any <br /> grading operations. <br /> 3.The silt fence as shown should be sufficient, however will need to be coordinated with the neighboring property to <br /> the east if construction occurs concurrently. <br /> 4. The silt fence shall be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing activities. The Contractor must <br /> provide a minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> 5.A separate utility permit will be required for the sewer connection/reconnection. <br /> Adam <br /> Adam T.
